On December 23, 2024, UK CHEMIPHARM Co., Ltd. was officially recognized by the City of Ansan as an Excellent Employer.

Since 2015, Ansan City has implemented the “Excellent Employer Certification Program” to identify outstanding small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that contribute to job creation. The program aims to promote private-sector employment through incentive support and recognition of exemplary companies.

UK CHEMIPHARM was selected based on a comprehensive evaluation of employment growth potential, soundness of corporate management, and other criteria. Eligible companies must have maintained their headquarters or main production facility in Ansan for more than two years and achieved an employment growth rate of at least 5%. The selection process involved both document reviews and on-site inspections.
